chevron_rightWho Do I Contact Concerning A Fellow Resident Dispute or Issue? Call the police (not Cardinal Management Group) if there is a situation in a unit or between units or in the parking lot that you consider dangerous, disturbing, illegal, or suspicious. Cardinal Management Group can only enforce rules that are outlined in the governing documents. Police handle domestic disturbances and other illegal actions.

chevron_rightWhat are the assessment fees used for? Your assessment fees are used to pay for the general repair and maintenance of the complex, including recreation amenities, landscaping services, snow removal, trash disposal, water and sewer, management company fees, and the Association's master insurance policy. In addition, a portion of the fees fund the reserve account, which establishes funds to replace asphalt, repaint curbs, repair outside front doors and other projects.

chevron_rightHow do I contact the Board of Directors? The Board of Directors meets six times a year, incuding the annual meeting in October. You are invited to attend Board of Directors meetings and voice your comments and concerns during open forum.

chevron_rightWho do I call if my sprinkler head goes off? Call the Fire Department; they have to shut off the water.

chevron_rightAre grills allowed on my deck or porch? Only ELECTRIC GRILLS are permitted. NO gas or charcoal grills, propane tanks, or tiki torches are allowed on decks, porches, or common areas per the Association's governing documents and the Loudoun County Code.

Other changes may need approval in accordance with the Association and building codes. chevron_rightWho is responsible for trash and recycling? Patriot Disposal picks up household trash and recycling from our dumpsters. Recycled items are: magazines, newspapers, catalogs, cans, plastic containers, and flattened cardboard. HOUSEHOLD TRASH ONLY is allowed in the dumpsters; no furniture, building materials, etc. There are bulk disposal companies, including Patriot Disposal, in the area, that pick up large items. Also, Loudoun County has a landfill recycling center located at 21101 Evergreen Mills Road, Leesburg, for large items, including old appliances.

chevron_rightIf I rent my unit, am I entitled to use the amenities? Yes, renters have full access to all amenities, as long as the unit is in good standing and the assessment fees are currently paid up.
